Your new far-infrared sauna will be shipped to you via land freight out of our warehouses in Sacaramento, CA in about 5-10 business days depending on stock availability and your location. Paradise Sauna will email you a tracking number that can be accessed online to monitor your shipment. The shipping company will contact you directly to arrange the final delivery to your home. You will want to schedule this when you or your representative can be there to inspect and sign for your new sauna. If you would like to pick up your sauna in Sacramento or at your local hub to save money, just send us an email with your city, state and zip code and we will see what we can do to get your price as low as possible!

The Sauna comes carefully packed iin 2-3 large cartons on a pallet. The driver will unload the cartons and it will be up to you to move the unit into your home and to set it up. Shipping included in price to the continental US, only. Please contact us for a quote for shipping to HI or AK. We are sorry, but we cannot ship out of the US.

We are now charged a 17.75% Mandatory State of CA Surcharge and Sales Tax - *CA Residents will be charged 7.75% Sales Tax and Paradise Sauna will pay the remaining 10%. CA Residents only.

Paradise Sauna will be your personal contact to the sauna manufacturer and we will handle any questions or problems that you may have, or you can contact the manufacturer toll free, if you prefer. You can report any problems with your wood, stereo, or heaters and we will arrange for a speedy replacement of any faulty parts. We promise to provide the best customer service in the industry!
